Acquiring Items   We began the business by saving vintage house parts in 1976. Many people in the Puget Sound area know we're a channel for items that someone will need for home restoration.

If we're new to you, please remember that if you intend to remodel or demolish a structure, let's save the many worthy things and save the landfill.

We've been a "Green" company of salvaging and recycling before it became fashionable.

This is a plea to all of you within a reasonable distance from Seattle to call us first. We can often find a home for the pre-1940 house parts, especially lighting, bath fixtures, exceptional leaded glass, doors, windows, molding, yes, even locksets and doorbells!
