Return Policy

Please inspect your purchase as soon as possible after delivery noting any damage that may have been incurred during shipment. If your item was damaged during shipment please contact the carrier and us immediately so a claim can be filed. We will not be held responsible for damaged items during shipment should you opt out of insurance upon purchase. Buyer’s remorse is not an excuse for returns. We will only issue a refund if an item is not as described. We will make every effort to resolve any dispute to your satisfaction as we take great pride in our pristine customer service reputation. All items to be returned must be in "original condition" with the finish intact and all fittings included. We will not accept returns after 10 days from the shipping date without return authorization. A 20% restocking fee will be added to all returned items.


Freight Damage

We pack to professional standards using appropriate materials making every effort to ensure your goods are secured for delivery. The carrier is the responsible party for freight-damage claims not Seattle Building Salvage. Please contact us immediately along with the carrier should you need to file a claim.

We hold your personal and credit information in the highest confidentiality. The “shopping” cart on our web site fully encrypts your information for security. Furthermore, we will never sell your information or send unwanted solicitation. Please contact us with any questions or concerns. Never email complete credit cards numbers to any seller.
